1. How can I place an order?
You can browse our products, select the items you want, and click Add to Cart. Then proceed to checkout and complete your order using your preferred payment method.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and all major online payment methods including credit/debit cards and mobile wallets.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–8 working days, depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your package.
5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

6. What is your return & exchange policy?
